Rushi Millns

A technology expert, Rushi has a strong interest in emerging technology, especially AI. She is an expert on how these influence and impact the education sector. Rushi’s specialism encompasses the skills young people will need for the future as AI evolves the way we work.

Rushi cut her teeth on emerging technologies during the Internet boom that saw huge digital change and growth. She worked on international projects for a large multinational company before moving into cloud computing and business continuity. Whilst there she designed solutions for large corporate clients. Moving into education, she has worked in both boys’ and girls’ schools in the state and independent sector. Alongside her role as Head of Computing, Rushi was Director of Careers and Outreach, a role she used to develop deep partnerships with over fifteen schools. In this programme, the students develop key skills for work from networking to public speaking through a corporate speaker and student leadership initiative.

Rushi is also a guest lecturer who advises students on how to maximise the potential opportunities of their postgraduate degrees for career progression.
